Our Process
Our process begins with a brief interview where we learn about your business as well as your current project and goals.  Once a solid fit is determined, we move right into a discovery phase where we gather all relevant details from your team and concurrently work with services provider teams.

We then return with a proposal including our findings, services recommendations, pricing, and implementation timeline.  Once the proposal has been approved, we will manage the services implementation, ensuring an on-time deployment.

Approximately a month after implementation, we circle back with you for a debrief session, services evaluation, and growth planning discussion.
